Tenant Analytics

The Tenant Analytics page is your home base when you log in to console.phystack.com. It provides a high-level snapshot of your organization’s recent performance across all connected applications and devices—helping you monitor trends, identify patterns, and make informed decisions quickly.

Note

A tenant typically refers to your organization or a specific division within it (such as a region or store cluster).

What you see will vary based on the applications and devices installed in your tenant.

When you arrive on this page, you’ll see a set of interactive dashboards and metrics tailored to your setup:

Key Metrics (Main Panel)

• Sessions: Total number of app/device sessions tracked over the selected period.

• Top Events: Most frequent user actions (e.g., button taps, product views).

• Product Views: Number of interactions with product listings or digital signage.

• NPS (Net Promoter Score): Aggregated user satisfaction rating (if feedback is enabled).

Using the Date Picker

The analytics are time-based, and you can control which dates you’re looking at:

• Use preset ranges: Last 7, 30, or 60 days.

• Or select a custom time frame for any historical period.

• Once applied, all charts and metrics will update automatically to reflect the selected range.
