Change tenant and support plans

Caution

Only tenant admins can access pricing and billing sections of Console.

How to change tenant plan

Note

Ensure you review the plan details before making changes.

1. Click the tenant dropdown in the header and select Plans
2. View details of your current plan
3. Click on the Change or Upgrade plan button to view available options
4. Choose the plan that best suits your needs
5. Click the Choose plan button and follow the prompts to complete the payment process

How to change support plan

1. Click the tenant dropdown in the header and select Plans, then go to the support plans section
2. Click on the Change or Upgrade plan button to view support options
3. Select the support plan that aligns with your requirements
4. Click the Choose plan button and complete the payment process
