Multi-Level Tenant Hierarchies
New Multi-Level Managed Tenants
Section titled “ Multi-Level Managed Tenants”Managed tenant structures are no longer limited to one level. A managed tenant can now manage tenants of its own, so partners can model their full customer structure at any depth:
- Users and roles granted on a parent tenant apply across every tenant below it, not just direct children
- Usage anywhere in the structure is billed through the paying tenant at the top, on that tenant’s plan and terms
- Tenant lists and dashboards in Console reflect the full structure
